Police: Man broke into home while naked
HOWARD COUNTY, Md. - Howard County police said they have arrested a Baltimore man for burglary after he broke into a home while naked.
Officers responded to a report of an attempted burglary in progress when they found the suspect climbing a ladder without clothes on and breaking a window at the residence, according to police.
After a brief struggle, police arrested 26-year-old Phillip Anthony Jenkins.
Jenkins was charged with third- and fourth-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property and indecent exposure.
