Police investigating homicide on 17th Street Northwest
WASHINGTON - Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department are investigating a fatal Sunday morning shooting.
The incident occurred in the 2500 block of 17th Street, Northwest at around 3:11 a.m.
35-year-old Jayvon Marshman, of Southeast, DC, died in the shooting. A second adult male victim was transported to an area hospital suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
