Forest Glen man dies after early morning house fire, police say

FOREST GLEN, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - Montgomery County police are investigating a fire in Forest Glen that led to the death of a 43-year-old man.

Police and rescue crews responded to the scene in the 2300 block of Dexter Avenue around 6:36 a.m.

When they arrived, they found Warren Baugh III suffering from life threatening injuries.

Baugh was taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

A firefighter was also injured during the fire, and a dog died.

Investigators do not believe any criminal activity led to Baugh's death.
