Pedestrian pushing stroller struck by dump truck in Arlington

ARLINGTON, Va. - A pedestrian pushing a stroller was able to move the stroller out of the way, but was hospitalized after being struck by a dump truck in Arlington Thursday morning.

Police responded to the scene on Lee Highway around 9:25 a.m.

They say the pedestrian's injuries are serious, but they do not believe those injuries are life threatening.

The baby was not injured.
