The FBI is searching for a man who inappropriately touched a female juvenile repeatedly during the wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day.
Officials say the illicit sexual contact with a minor incident happened as the suspect and the victim, who were not known to each other, stood in the crowd at around 11 a.m. Monday during the ceremony.
The man is described as a Hispanic male between 50 and 60 years old. He is about 5’5” to 5’7” tall and has short, spiky, grey and black hair. He was wearing a blue or grey short-sleeved shirt with dark blue shorts.
