Man found fatally shot in Capitol Heights

CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. - Prince George's County police say they are investigating a homicide in Capitol Heights.

Police say they received a call for shots fired in the 1400 block of Elkwood Lane Wednesday night. Responding officers arrived shortly after 8 p.m. and found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
