Man dies in Manassas double stabbing, Prince William County police say

MANASSAS, Va. - A man has died after a double stabbing in Manassas early Wednesday, according to officials.

The Prince William County Police Department said officers responded to the 7500 block of Prince Cole Court at about 5 a.m. for a report of a stabbing in a parking lot.

When authorities arrived at the scene they found two men suffering from stab wounds.

Both victims were rushed to the hospital where one succumbed to his injuries, police said. The other victim was expected to survive, according to officials.

Detectives said a suspect has not been identified and the motive behind the stabbing remains under investigation.
