All-clear after Frederick police investigate threat made at hospital

FREDERICK, Md. - Police in Frederick investigated a threat made at Frederick Memorial Hospital on Tuesday.

The Frederick Police Department said officers responded to the hospital as a precaution and it was briefly placed on lockdown.

Police later tweeted at around 8:30 p.m. that the hospital was later cleared of the suspicious situation.
