FOR RENT: DC's smallest house needs a new tenant

WASHINGTON - A home that is referred to as the "smallest house in D.C." is available for rent.

According to a Craigslist ad, the Capitol Hill home is 252 square feet. Amenities include a new washer and dryer, kitchen with new tile flooring and a renovated bathroom.

While the inside is pretty cramped, the home does come with a nice yard.

The house, which has been featured in the Washington Post in the past, is available at the end of November for $1,400 a month.

According to the ad, there will be an open house on November 18.
