Fatal crash impacts traffic in Prince George's Co.
HYATTSVILLE, Md. - A deadly crash is under investigation in Prince George's County, and it is impacting traffic for the morning commute.
Officers responded to the intersection of Landover Road and Barlowe Road for a fatal vehicle collision around 2:46 a.m.
Authorities said the vehicle was traveling westbound on Landover Road when the driver lost control, struck a pole and the vehicle caught fire.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Landover Road between Kenmoor Drive and Barlowe Road reopened around 8 a.m.
