Fallen trees causing storm damage across DC region

The continuing downpour in the D.C. area has led to several large trees to come down and damaging homes and bringing down wires on Friday.

South Chelsea Lane in Bethesda, Maryland, has been blocked off after a tree toppled over from one resident's property onto a neighboring house. The family was not at home at the time, but has been displaced as the damage was significant and it could be several weeks before they are able to return home.

Power lines were also impacted along with a car parked in the driveway.
