Police in Delaware say that arrested a man last week on DUI charges-- for the sixth time.
Laurel, Del. police charged 51-year-old William Terry of Bridgeville, Del. with driving under the influence after he was stopped for traveling 78 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. When officers stopped him, they discovered he was under the influence, but it wasn't until he was arrested that they discovered he had been convicted of five previous DUIs.
Terry was also operating a vehicle without an automobile ignition interlock device, which he is required to have as a result of the previous convictions. He was arrested and committed to SCI in default of a secured bond.
