DC police help stranded motorists, have fun in the snow

D.C. police are out in full force during the Blizzard of 2016 as officers have been helping residents get out of trouble on the roads.

Police tweeted members of the Special Operations Division helping motorists dig out of trouble.

D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier is out there on the front lines as well helping to push a police cruiser free that was stuck in the snow.

But the officers are also taking the time to have some fun and enjoy the large amount of snow that we've receiving.
