Another 3-hour delay for federal government

Federal agencies in the D.C. area will open on a 3-hour delay again on Thursday.

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management says non-emergency employees will be allowed an excused absence of up to three hours past their expected arrival time.

Employees also have the option for unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework.

However, emergency employees are expected to report on time unless directed otherwise by their agencies.
