Police are searching for the person or persons responsible for stealing four vehicles and thousands of dollars' worth of electronics from a car dealership in Arlington.

In addition to making off with the vehicles, they made off with all of the car keys that belong to the rest of the cars at the dealership making them unsellable. This has left the owners of the business on edge that these thieves could be back for other cars in their parking lot.

Police believe the suspect or suspects broke into First Class Auto located off of North Glebe Road sometime early Wednesday morning.

The vehicles that were stolen were a 2007 Audi Q7, a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban, a 2008 Ford Expedition and a 2006 BMW 325i.

Abdul Rashid, one of the owner of the business told FOX 5 that his staff showed up to work Wednesday morning only to find their sliding glass door smashed and their office ransacked. The burglars stole four computers and even ripped down part of the business's surveillance camera system, which prevented their cameras from recording any video. In total, about $5,000 worth of electronics was taken.

The owner said they also took more than 25 sets of keys that belong to other cars for sale. The staff said they have been taking shifts every night since then to drive by the dealership to make sure the suspects don't return to steal more cars.

"They picked the nicest, expensive ones, the ones close by the road, so easy access to get in and take it out," said Rashid. "Other than that, I have no idea how many people there were."

He added, "The police told me they promised us they would patrol all the area very well. So in the future, we have plans to have more surveillance cameras and secure alarm system."

Arlington County police said they do not have any suspect descriptions, but are stepping up their patrols in the area.

The owner said police did manage recover one of the stolen cars. The BMW vehicle was found ditched in Southeast D.C. However, the other three vehicles are still missing.

If anyone has any information, they are urged to contact Arlington County police. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
