Investigators said Myers attempted to rob two women at a Wells Fargo Branch on Fairfax Boulevard.

Surveillance video showed Myers creeping up behind one of the women, jumping in front of her and trying to get cash from the machine at about 8:45 a.m. on July 25, according to police.

The woman appeared to struggle with him before the video ended.

Authorities said Myers later got into the passenger seat of another woman’s car and attempted to grab her cash. Both victims were able to escape without injury, according to officials.

Myers then went to an Aldi on Lee Highway and pretended to make a purchase, but instead, he grabbed a handful of money and run away, detectives stated.

Myers has been charged with two counts of attempted robbery and one count of petit larceny. He was being held without bond.
