Police: Man took upskirting video of girl, woman inside Walmart store

- Fairfax County police have released surveillance photos of a man they say took secretly recorded a young girl and a woman underneath their dresses inside a Walmart store.

Police say it happened last Sunday at around 11 a.m. at the Walmart store in the 6000 block of Burke Commons Road in Burke.

Detectives say the suspect used a recording device to film up the dresses of a 10-year-old girl and her 36-year-old mother. The man was confronted by the mother, but he left the store before police arrived.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s. He is about 6’ tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was seen wearing a black polo-style shirt, black pants, dark shoes and a black baseball cap with an Adidas logo. He left the parking lot in a silver or gray Honda Crosstour or a similar vehicle.
