WASHINGTON - A D.C. police cruiser was involved in a crash with a minivan in the Friendship Heights area Friday night.
The collision happened outside of Mazza Gallerie on Wisconsin Avenue in Northwest D.C.
Two officers in the cruiser were transported with non-life-threatening injuries following the crash. The occupants of the white minivan were also taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Lanes on Wisconsin Avenue were closed between Jenifer Street and Western Avenue as a result of the crash.
