SILVER SPRING, Md. - The Red Cross and the Montgomery County's Health and Human Services have set up a shelter and support center at the Long Branch Recreation Center on Piney Branch Road for the residents who were displaced from their homes after a three-alarm fire at an apartment complex in Silver Spring.
Here is how you can help the victims of Wednesday night's fire at the Flower Branch Apartments:
