Heavy fire damages Beltsville Agriculture Center

Firefighters battled a heavy fire at a commercial building in Prince George's County building Monday morning

The fire started around 6:30 a.m. at the Beltsville Agriculture Center on Powder Mill Road and Animal Husbandry Road.

Investigators believe the fire began in the boiler room of the building and has caused the roof to collapse.

It is unclear how the fire started.

Investigators say all occupants of the building have made it out safely.
