Cold temperatures set record in DC

WASHINGTON (AP) — Bitter cold temperatures have broken records in Washington and Baltimore.

The National Weather Service says Thursday's high temperature of 15 degree at Washington Dulles Airport broke the record for daily low maximum of 28 set in 1993.

And in Baltimore, Thursday's high of 18 degrees broke the record of 19 degrees set in 1903.
