Cocktail: The Cherry Rickey
2 oz. Old Forester Bourbon
1 oz. housemade cherry syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice
0.25 oz. habanero water
Fever Tree soda water
Combine bourbon, cherry syrup, lime juice, habanero water, and crushed ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Top off with Fever Tree soda water, fresh ice, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
