Beyond the Lens: Retired racehorse learns to paint

ROCKY RIDGE, Md. - Metro was once considered one of the fastest sprinters at Belmont and Saratoga, but was sidelined with knee injuries.

The horse found new hope and purpose when his owners handed him a paintbrush and canvas, and now spends his days creating abstract art.
