Baltimore Symphony Orchestra to hold free outdoor concert near neighborhoods hit by looters

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra is holding a free concert outside the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall in Baltimore starting at 12 p.m.

The Meyerhoff is in the 1200 block of Cathedral Street in Baltimore which is a short drive from some of the city's worst looting.

The impromptu performance is part of an effort to bring the community together.
