5 hurt in 3 shootings overnight in DC

WASHINGTON - Five people were injured overnight in a series of shootings in the District.

The first incident happened at 8:08 p.m. in Southeast. An unconscious male was taken to the hospital.

Less than an hour later, another male was injured in Southeast. He was conscious and breathing at the scene.

Three victims, 2 adult males and an adult female, were hurt in a third shooting in Southeast. The shooting happened around 9:11 p.m.
