30-year-old son arrested, charged in deaths of parents in Laurel

LAUREL, Md. - Police have charged a 30-year-old man in the deaths of his parents.

Howard County Police say Craig Dennis White faces first- and second-degree murder and assault charges in the deaths of his father and mother.

66-year-old Glen White and 61-year-old Linda White were found dead in their Laurel home in the 9500 block of Queens Guard Court Thursday evening. Police say Glen was found with stabs wounds in the bedroom and Linda suffered blunt force trauma and was found in the basement.

Craig Dennis White was located in Columbia later that night during a traffic stop and was arrested and charged.

Police are still investigating at this time.
