A Bald Eagle shot on the 4th of July in Maryland.

Maryland Natural Resources Police says the Bald Eagle was discovered shot on Swan Harbor Farm in Havre de Grace, MD. Efforts to save the bird were not successful, so the eagle had to be euthanized.

The Maryland Natural Resources Police and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are investigating.
