2 firefighters injured, 6 homes damaged by flames in Manassas

- Two firefighters were injured and at least a dozen residents were displaced following a fire that damaged six homes early Thursday morning in Manassas.

The fire was reported around 1 a.m. at a home in the 10900 block of Pope Street.

The two firefighters were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. An injury to a resident was also reported. Their condition is unknown at this time.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
