Health Watch: Milk chocolate can be good for you

New research finds that eating up to 3 1/2 ounces of milk chocolate a day can be good for you.

Experts say that eating the equivalent on 22 Hershey's Kisses, two Hershey bars or two bags of M&M's can lower your risk of heart disease and stroke.

The study also finds those who regularly ate milk chocolate have an 11 percent lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease and a 23 percent lower risk of having a stroke.

Experts say the key to using milk chocolate for good health is moderation.
