Virginia family honors fallen police officer in photo shoot

A Virginia family is paying tribute in a very special way to a Norfolk police officer who died in the line of duty.

Officer Brian Jones was shot and killed May 31, 2014, while investigating a suspect who was accused of randomly shooting at people earlier that day.

Jones is survived by his wife, Rebekah, and their three children.

The family posed for pictures to show their love for Officer Jones. In one photo, the children wore Jones' uniform and held an American flag.

Photographer Nikki Eliza did the photo shoot at no cost to help the family honor Jones.
