WASHINGTON - Police are investigating two shootings and a stabbing that happened overnight in the District.
The first happened around 11:45 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of McKenna Walk. Police say a man was wounded in the shooting and was transported to a local hospital where he is recovering.
The second shooting happened around 3 a.m. in the 1000 block of 22nd Street. Officers say a man was shot in the hand and is expected to recover.
Around 2 a.m., police say a man was stabbed in the 3500 block of Fort Lincoln Drive.
Police have not suspects or motives in any of the incidents.
