ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — Montgomery County police have charged two people with killing a man in his apartment in 2012.

Twenty-six-year-old Imani Cook of Silver Spring and 26-year-old Steven Webster of Laurel were arrested Friday in the shooting death of 21-year-old Jesse Campos.

Campos was shot and killed in his Silver Spring apartment on Dec. 7, 2012. Police say Cook had lent Campos money, which he had not paid back.

Authorities say Webster and another person entered Campos' apartment, shot him and stole items from his apartment.

Cook and Webster are charged with murder, robbery and other offenses.

Police say charges are pending against a third person in the crime.
