Small businesses destroyed in Baltimore riots

Some small business owners lost everything because of the riots in Baltimore.

Early Tuesday morning, a number of stores on West Pratt Street were damaged or even destroyed. A pawn shop was set on fire around 3 a.m., and it took firefighters hours to knock out the flames.

Across the street is a beauty supply store that sells wigs. Like other stores, it was trashed by rioters. The store's owner told FOX 5's Bob Barnard that he had been in business for 32 years, working six days a week.

Volunteers were out later in the morning to help business owners clean up the debris.
