Disability rights lawsuit to be filed against cab companies

WASHINGTON - A lawsuit is expected to be filed against several D.C. taxicab companies Monday.

They are accused of refusing to pick up blind passengers with service animals.

The Washington Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights, along with the American Council of the Blind are behind the disability rights lawsuit against the cab companies.

The names of the companies have not been released.
