Valentine's Day chocolate prices soar after dry winds damage West Africa cocoa crops

Kisses won't come cheap this Valentine's Day.

At least not those made of chocolate.

The price of cocoa was sent soaring last year after a dry, dusty wind began sweeping the major cocoa producing countries in West Africa

The bad crops forced producers to raise prices and shrink packages.
