150 cars vandalized by spray paint in a month in Md. city

COLUMBIA, Md. (AP) -- Howard County Police are looking for vandals who have spray-painted more than 150 vehicles in Columbia in the past month.

Officers say the incidents began on Dec. 15, when numerous vehicles were vandalized in the 7500 block of Monarch Mills Way. There have been six more such incidents since then.

Police say some of the vehicles have "Jack Boys" or the letters "HS" spray-painted on them. Officers do not think the vandalism is bias or gang-related.

Police are offering a reward of up to $750 for information.
