Howard County, MD Police say a driver shot at a speed camera van with a BB gun, breaking a window on the van.

Officers say the speed camera operator was in the van while it was parked near Hollifield Station Elementary School in Ellicott City on Dec. 11. Police say an object hit the van, breaking the window, and the operator took a picture of a car that was passing.

Police say the car was found and 20-year-old Abraham Quraishi was arrested on Wednesday. He is charged with assault and malicious destruction of property.
