We talk to two D.C. top attorneys who are not associated with this case. Bernie Grimm is a criminal defense attorney in D.C., and he weighs in on what the defense is going to need to do to get a not-guilty verdict for their client, Daron Wint. Roscoe Howard is a former top D.C. prosecutor. He disagrees with a lot of what Bernie Grimm has to say, and discusses what the prosecution will need to do to get a guilty verdict against Wint. Howard explains how DNA is the witness in this case, and that the prosecution is likely holding onto to more information than we even know about.
Daron Wint has plead not guilty to all charges against him. He's currently in jail, and his trial is set for September 2018.
