Crunch Fitness Move It Monday: Kettlebells

- FOX 5’s Erin Como got to work with her Move It Monday Fitness workout – this week featuring Kettlebells!

Kettlebells combine a high intensity cardio workout with the benefits of weight training.

Erin started out with the Kettlebell Goblet Squat – a dynamic workout that focusses on the lower body. You can also use different variations off of this basic step. (WATCH THE VIDEO AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE TO SEE THE MOVE IN ACTION)
