Crunch Fitness Move It Monday: Dumbbell Total Body Workout

- After a big weekend of eating Thanksgiving leftovers there's no time like the present for a total body workout.

Tony Russell, trainer with Crunch Fitness, gave us a 30 minute complete workout using just dumbbells.

First start with a dumbbell row – extending down with the arm and pulling back will work the biceps, back out the shoulder and the lats. Next, move to a single arm shoulder press. Next, transition to a right leg reverse lunge. (WATCH THE VIDEO AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE TO SEE THE MOVE IN ACTION)

Tony said by working at a faster pace, you can get your cardio in too.
