Joint Base Andrews: Hometown Hero Captain Jordan Clark

Captain Jordan Clark of the 89th Aerial Port Squadron returned home last night from a deployment. He was deployed for seven months and was welcomed home by his wife and their two children.

Clark said that this was his first deployment and that he couldn't have done it without the support back home.

"Every day we're taking the fight to the enemy and giving people in Afghanistan some hope," he said about his mission.

His 2-year-old daughter, Sutton, and his 4-year-old son, Deacon, counted down the days on the calendar, mom said. They made signs and waited for his plane to land at BWI airport Thursday night.
