Cooking with Como: Taste of Northern Italy

- Chef Ford Barsi takes us on a trip to Tuscany to introduce us to the flavors of Northern Italy during Cooking with Como.

Barsi, of Carmine's Italian Restaurant, teaches some basic dishes anyone can make, including a simple recipe for authentic marinara sauce that can really spruce up your spaghetti.

Barsi will be performing cooking demonstrations at the Washington D.C. Travel and Adventure Show, which will be held at the Washington Convention Center on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
