Washington Nationals superfan does 'Belly Rally' at game - but can he distract Tucker and Steve?!?

- Issac was sitting just behind home plate at Nationals Park Friday night when he rose to his feet and lifted his shirt exposing his belly. He knew he had to help the home team win any way possible. This needed to be done.

The count was 2 and 0. Colorado Rockies pitcher Matt Carasiti was staring down Washington's Daniel Murphy. It was time for a 'Belly Rally.'

With his shirt lifted and his round stomach pointed toward Carasiti – Issac started to tap his belly with both hands. Faster and faster he went - even getting his co-workers to join in the effort with hand waving and some belly tapping of their own.

Issac's 'Belly Rally' lasted just a few seconds - and while there's no scientific evidence to say if it worked or not - Carasiti's next pitch was outside for a ball. And…the Nats did win the game.

Issac says he is enjoying the internet fame he’s gotten since his 'Belly Rally' went viral. He says he is a diehard Redskins fan and a huge Nationals fan. He said after his display stadium employees asked him to stop and he complied.

So – his 'Belly Rally' might work on opposing pitchers, but could it work on Emmy award winning meteorologists during their morning forecasts?
