Season of Wishes: 4-year-old Kylee reunited with best friend

Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic grants many wishes every year, but 4-year-old Kylee Yoder's wish wasn't like most. She didn't want to go to Disney World, or meet a star. Instead, Kylee simply wanted to see her best friend.

Kylee has a cardiac condition she'll live with for the rest of her life. By the time she turned 4, she had already undergone three surgeries. Her mom, Brandy Eiseman, says she's doing great, and they'll visit Kylee's doctor next month for a check-up.

Kylee's best friend, Jill, lives in Washington state, so the mission quickly became getting her there. She traveled to Seattle, along with her family, and got to have lots of fun visiting Jill. They went to the zoo, where Kylee says they fed the giraffes. Eiseman says their experience with Make-A-Wish was amazing, and they'll do everything they can to support them.

Kylee's wish came true thanks to the generosity of donors--and there are still 600 kids locally waiting for their wishes to be granted. One way to help? Donate your air miles!
