Season of Wishes: 3-year-old Noelle turns into a princess thanks to Make-A-Wish

- We want to introduce you to a precious 3-year-old girl, her name is Noelle and she is from Alexandria, Virginia. Noelle is one of the most social toddlers you will ever meet. And like most little toddlers, she loves watching the movie ‘Frozen’, painting and jumping on the trampoline. She absolutely loves princesses and wished to be a princess herself.

Noelle is so active and outgoing that you might not realize she is battling a congenital condition. Thanks to Make-A-Wish, Noelle’s wish came true and she had something to look forward to while battling her medical condition. She got to go to Walt Disney World® Resort to meet all of her favorite princesses, and turn into a princess herself! Some of those princesses included Elsa, Tinkerbell, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Belle, Pocahontas and more. This wish allowed Noelle and her family to enjoy a fun time together.

FOX 5 DC Cares is our station's campaign to highlight the work of charitable organizations and non-profits in our community. We hope by partnering with these groups, we can help them get their message out and reach their goals.

We are teaming up with Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic for their Season of Wishes campaign. Over the next several weeks, we will be sharing the wonderful work Make-A-Wish does in our area and how you can be part of the magic.
